Overview
OddsIQ provides sports analytics, player prop research, odds comparison, alerts, and bet tracking tools. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Account information - email address, display name, optional phone display value, and profile details shared by Google, Discord, or Apple if you use those sign-in methods.
- Authentication data - session cookies and tokens set by Supabase to keep you signed in.
- Subscription records - plan, status, billing interval, renewal timing, cancellation status, and payment processor customer or subscription identifiers.
- Saved app data - saved props, tracked bets, notes, followed players, alert preferences, and similar data you choose to create in OddsIQ.
- Notification data - push subscription tokens and device delivery data needed to send alerts you enable.
- Usage and diagnostics - pages visited, features used, performance data, and error logs used to operate, secure, and improve OddsIQ.
OddsIQ does not collect full payment card numbers or bank details. Payments are handled by the applicable payment processor.
How we use your information
- To authenticate you and maintain your session.
- To provide personalized features tied to your account.
- To manage subscription access and billing support.
- To send alerts you enable, such as line movement or followed-player notifications.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve OddsIQ.
We do not sell your data. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our own ad campaigns (for example, tracking when someone who clicked one of our ads later visits the site or app) - this shares limited browser/device data with Meta but is not used to serve you third-party ads from other companies.
Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate OddsIQ:
- Supabase - authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe - web subscription billing and customer portal access.
- Vercel - hosting, deployment, and serverless runtime.
- Google OAuth, Discord OAuth, and Sign in with Apple - optional sign-in methods.
- Meta Pixel - measures the performance of our own ad campaigns.
- Sports data providers and fantasy/sportsbook sources - sports data, fantasy lines, sportsbook odds, and related market data used to power analytics. We do not share your personal account data with those sources.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies for authentication, session management, security, and core app functionality. The Meta Pixel also sets its own cookie to measure our ad campaign performance, as described above.
Sports analytics and responsible use
OddsIQ provides analytics and research tools only. OddsIQ does not accept wagers, process deposits or withdrawals, create sportsbook accounts, or guarantee outcomes. Sports data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
Data retention
Your account data is stored for as long as your account exists or as long as needed to provide OddsIQ, prevent abuse, support billing, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you delete your account, we remove account-linked app data from active systems. Infrastructure providers may retain backups for a limited period under their own retention policies.
Your rights
- Access - you can view your account information in the Settings page.
- Deletion - you can delete your account and account-linked app data from Settings. Public deletion instructions are available at Delete Your Account.
- Portability - contact us if you need an export of your account-linked data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
